Michael Spevak, M.A., an Engineering Geologist, is extensively experienced in geology, environmental research, and oil and gas mining, both internationally and domestically. Michael Spevak is highly skilled in solving analytical problems, communication, teamwork, and management. He is exceptionally experienced in writing and analyzing geological data and software. Michael Spevak is in the official Israeli National Association of Architects and Engineers.

Andrey Barseghyan, M.A., Engineering Geologist, Chief Geologist at GeoTop, has extensive knowledge of geology and semi-precious stones mining. In 1989, he began working for the Central Mission of the Geological Department in the Soviet Union, the Armenian Republic as an Engineering Geologist. Between 1989 and 1992 Andrey Barseghyan participated in several geological mining projects.
